A Pearl Jumeirah villa was built on a simple concept: luxury through quality materials, not excess. TBS installed a glass balustrade with a 50x30mm solid hardwood timber handrail on top. Glass provides openness, while timber adds warmth. This combination gave the interiors a softness that an all-glass or all-metal system would have missed completely. The scope included villa signage alongside the handrail systems. The project went from confirmation to handover in 12 months.
