Internal and external signage across seven residential buildings in two sub-communities: Jadeel (Buildings 09, 10, 11) and Al Jazi (Buildings 12, 13, 14, 15). Developed by Meraas under Dubai Holding. TBS fabricated the complete signage package using 3mm aluminum and 6mm acrylic with LED lighting, employing engraving, cut graphics, and UV printing. The two sub-communities feature two naming conventions, two identity systems, and a unified standard that ties them together. The fabrication took 1.5 months, followed by phased installation across all seven buildings. Delivery is scheduled for September 2025.
