Six low-rise residential blocks on Maryam Island, developed by Eagle Hills. The signage program had to work across every building while staying true to the developer’s brand identity. TBS fabricated the full package in 3mm aluminum with vinyl graphics and LED, using powder coating and etching for finish consistency. This scope differs from hospitality signage. Residential wayfinding needs to be clear and understated. Residents see it every day. It has to age well and read cleanly at a glance. Three months for fabrication, four months for installation. Seven months total.
